Blue Valley Vineyard and Winery Honors Veterans
On November 11, 1919, President Woodrow Wilson declared this day in remembrance of our military veterans. He declared this holiday on the first day of Armistice on the first anniversary of World War I.
Since 1919, we have set aside November 11th as a day to remember and recognize the brave men and women of our armed forces that served in the military to protect our freedoms.
In honor of this great tradition, all of us at Blue Valley Vineyard and Winery would like to thank the Veterans of our armed forces for their service.
As a small token of our appreciation, we will be offering 10% of off of bottles of our 2014 Celebration all weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).
If you are an active or retired military personnel, you will also receive an additional 10% off of bottles of our 2014 Celebration.
